Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers cheerfully and assist them with questions
  • Operate registers swiftly and accurately to ensure efficient service
  • Prepare food and beverages following recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of cafe and merchandising areas
  • Receive, unpack, and stock deliveries accurately
  • Follow FIFO procedures for product freshness and safety
  • Support the bookfloor team as needed
  • Understand and apply loss prevention and de-escalation techniques
