Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service or barista role preferred
Ability to use registers and technology comfortably
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Willingness to learn new tasks and skills

Job Duties

Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
Answer customer questions and recommend beverages and cafe items
Maintain cafe presentation and cleanliness
Operate registers and point-of-sale systems swiftly and accurately
Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently
Follow first in first out (FIFO) practices consistently
Support book floor team when needed
