Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or cafe role preferred
- Ability to use technology including registers and tablets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and answer their questions
- Prepare food and beverages accurately following recipes and guidelines
- Operate registers efficiently to provide quick and friendly service
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of the cafe and bakery cases
- Unpack deliveries and restock inventory accurately and efficiently
- Support bookfloor team when needed
- Follow loss prevention procedures and perform routine cleaning tasks
