Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service or cafe environment preferred
- Ability to operate point-of-sale technology and related software

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet customers cheerfully and assist them with beverage and cafe item selection
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of the cafe and dining area
- Operate cash registers quickly and accurately while providing professional service
- Prepare food and drinks properly using recipe guides and product specifications
- Follow FIFO inventory practices and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Support bookfloor team and participate in loss prevention activities including identifying theft and managing problematic behaviors
