Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- Answer customer questions and guide them to suitable beverages and cafe items
- Maintain the attractive presentation of cafe products and cleanliness
- Stock and unpack deliveries accurately and efficiently
- Operate registers quickly and professionally
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning tasks to maintain cafe hygiene
- Support bookstore floor team and comply with loss prevention procedures
