Job Requirements

Maintain reliable and punctual attendance
Be flexible with scheduling including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
Ability to use technology including registers and tablets
Strong merchandising and presentation skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Welcome customers cheerfully and help connect them with beverages and cafe items
Unpack and stock deliveries accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of the cafe and bake cases
Operate registers quickly and provide professional customer service
Prepare food and drinks properly using recipe guides and product knowledge
Follow FIFO practices and ensure product freshness
Support the bookfloor team and store operations as needed
