Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and assist with beverage and cafe item selection
- Maintain cafe cleanliness and attractive presentation
- Operate registers efficiently to provide professional service
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately
- Support bookfloor team as needed
- Follow safety, hygiene, and loss prevention procedures
- Develop food and beverage customization knowledge
