Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or cafe role preferred but not required
Ability to operate point of sale technology and handle transactions efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and develop barista skills
Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude
Capable of working in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties

Welcome customers warmly and assist with beverage and cafe item selections
Maintain attractive cafe presentation and cleanliness
Operate cash registers quickly and accurately
Unpack, stock deliveries, and tidy bakes case and dining area
Prepare food and drinks according to recipes and quality standards
Follow FIFO product handling and maintain hygiene
Support the bookfloor team and adhere to loss prevention protocols
