Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
Ability to use register and point-of-sale technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and demonstrate a positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, and walking

Job Duties

Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
Answer customer questions and assist in selecting beverages and cafe items
Maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe
Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently and accurately
Operate registers quickly and professionally
Prepare food and drinks correctly using recipes and product information
Follow First In First Out (FIFO) practices and maintain product dating consistently
