Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve handcrafted coffee and espresso drinks
- Bake and serve cookies that complement the beverage menu
- Provide first class customer service ensuring a pleasurable experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe workstations
- Collaborate with other stores within the cluster to share best practices and support overall success
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Adhere to health and safety standards in food and beverage preparation
