Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in coffee preparation and service
- strong passion for coffee and customer service
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic food safety knowledge
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- effective communication skills

Job Duties
- prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
- bake and serve cookies and pastries
- provide excellent customer service ensuring customer satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe
- operate coffee machines and equipment safely and efficiently
- collaborate with team members across the cluster
- assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
