Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a café or hospitality setting preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good manual dexterity for beverage preparation
- strong communication skills
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
- passion for coffee and beverage preparation
- knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Provide first class service to customers
- create and serve handcrafted coffee beverages
- bake and prepare cookies and other baked goods
- ensure a pleasurable customer experience
- maintain knowledge of the café menu and products
- work collaboratively with team members across the cluster
- support the continuous improvement of all stores in the cluster
