Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and cafe operations

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications
- Bake and serve fresh cookies and other baked goods
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe workspace
- Support and collaborate within the cluster structure for store improvement
- Handle cash register and process transactions accurately
- Educate customers about beverage options and cafe offerings
