Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a barista or customer service position
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good physical stamina for standing and working long shifts
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Food safety certification is preferred
- Friendly and approachable personality
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers
- Bake and present cookies and pastries
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Support the cluster structure by collaborating with other stores
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
