Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous barista or cafe experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Food safety certification is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role
- Passion for coffee and beverage making
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Basic food preparation skills
Job Duties
- Provide first class service to customers
- Create handcrafted coffee drinks
- Bake cookies and other cafe treats
- Ensure the customer experience is pleasurable
- Maintain knowledge of coffee and cafe offerings
- Support the cluster structure
- Work collaboratively with other stores in the cluster
