Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Barista certification or relevant coffee training preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction
- Bake and present fresh cookies and other baked goods to complement drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café workstations and equipment
- Collaborate with team members across the cluster to share ideas and improve service
- Uphold health and safety standards in food handling and preparation
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
