Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a coffee shop or cafe setting
- basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques
- customer-focused mindset
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- good interpersonal and organizational skills
- willingness to learn and adapt
- ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a barista or in a similar role
- excellent knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- basic baking skills are an advantage
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages
- bake and present cookies and other baked goods
- ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- collaborate with other stores in the cluster to share best practices
- manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- assist with training new staff members
