Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Good hygiene and personal presentation
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and baked goods
Provide first class customer service ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe workspace
Educate customers about different coffee blends and brewing methods
Collaborate with other stores in the cluster to share knowledge and improve service
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Assist in training new baristas and team members
