Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a coffee shop or café setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in food preparation
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
- Strong knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to a high standard
- Bake and present fresh cookies and pastries
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant cafe experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café work space
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment efficiently and safely
- Support and collaborate within the cluster structure for operational improvement
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
