Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
capability to stand for long periods
excellent customer service skills
ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role
knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and preparation techniques
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
passion for coffee and customer satisfaction
basic baking skills is a plus

Job Duties

greet customers with a friendly attitude
prepare and serve quality coffee and beverages
bake cookies and other cafe treats
ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area
maintain knowledge of menu and offerings to answer customer questions
collaborate with other cafes in the cluster for best practices
support inventory management and store operations
