Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a barista or in a coffee shop environment
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- food safety certification preferred
