Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a cafe or food service environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good manual dexterity
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to work well under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role
- Strong passion for coffee and beverage preparation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing techniques
- Interest in baking is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide first-class service to customers
