Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a coffee shop or food service environment
- ability to operate coffee machines and equipment
- strong customer service orientation
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- good physical stamina to stand for long periods
- basic food safety knowledge
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a barista or in a customer service role
- strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and cafe operations
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work well in a team and support collaborative efforts
- passion for coffee and customer satisfaction
- basic baking skills are an advantage
Job Duties
- prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
- bake and present cookies and baked goods
- provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasurable experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe
- collaborate with other stores within the cluster
- support the continuous improvement of service and product quality
- engage with customers to share knowledge about coffee and menu items
