- previous barista experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide first class service to customers with every drink and baked item
- create inspiring and expertly crafted coffee drinks
- bake cookies and other treats to complement beverages
- ensure each customer experience is pleasurable and memorable
- support the cluster structure by working collaboratively with other stores
- maintain knowledge of coffee and café operations
- uphold cleanliness and organization within the café
