Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a barista or customer service role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages
- Bake and decorate cookies and other pastries
- Provide first-class customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Collaborate with team members across stores to support the cluster structure
- Educate customers about coffee origins and brewing techniques
- Ensure quality control and consistency in all products served
