Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic food hygiene knowledge
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
- Strong passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Basic baking skills are an advantage

Job Duties
- Provide first class service to customers with every drink created
- Bake and prepare cookies to complement beverages
- Ensure every customer experience is pleasurable and welcoming
- Demonstrate a strong passion and knowledge of coffee and cafe operations
- Work collaboratively with other stores within the cluster
- Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards
- Manage multiple orders efficiently and accurately
