Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Basic math and cash handling skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Food safety knowledge or certification is a plus
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

Experience in coffee preparation or barista role preferred
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing techniques is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle transactions accurately
Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends

Job Duties

Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks according to company standards
Bake and present fresh cookies and pastries
Provide outstanding customer service ensuring every customer is delighted
Maintain knowledge of the coffee menu and make recommendations
Create a welcoming atmosphere that complements the customer experience
Collaborate with other team members within the store and cluster
Adhere to health and safety standards in food handling and store cleanliness
