Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a coffee shop or related environment
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong attention to detail
- ability to stand for long periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages
- bake and present cookies and other pastries
- provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe
- work collaboratively with other stores within the cluster to support overall store performance
- share knowledge about coffee and menu items with customers
- operate coffee and baking equipment safely and efficiently
