Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work part-time or full-time hours including weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred

Job Duties
- Provide first class service to customers with every drink prepared
- Bake cookies and other items as required

- Share knowledge about coffee and cafe offerings with customers
- Support the cluster structure and collaborate with team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
