Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to a high standard
- Bake and present cookies and other pastries
- Deliver outstanding customer service ensuring each guest's experience is positive
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe workspace
- Collaborate with other stores within the cluster for shared goals
- Educate customers about different coffee blends and preparation methods
- Support the smooth operation of the cafe by managing inventory and equipment
