Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a barista or in customer service preferred
- knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment

Job Duties
- prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
- bake and present cookies and other cafe treats
- provide first-class customer service ensuring customer satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe
- support cluster operations by collaborating with team members across stores
- manage inventory and reorder supplies as needed
- educate customers on menu items and coffee brewing techniques
