Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent customer service skills
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn and adapt
Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role
Strong passion for coffee and quality beverage creation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
Bake and present cookies and other baked goods
Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café workspace
Collaborate with team members across the store cluster to ensure consistent service
Educate customers about coffee options and inspire them with creative drink ideas
Adhere to health and safety standards in food preparation and service
