Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Barista training or certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide first class service to customers

- Collaborate with other stores in the cluster to share best practices and support
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards within the cafe
