Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or barista role
Strong passion for coffee and customer satisfaction
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Good communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic food safety certification preferred

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers
Bake cookies and assist with other food preparation tasks
Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and equipment
Work collaboratively with team members within the cluster to share best practices and support store success
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
