Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service or barista role
passion for coffee and learning about beverages
good communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
basic baking skills

Job Qualifications

prior experience as a barista or in customer service
passion for coffee and creating handcrafted beverages
knowledge of brewing techniques and coffee varieties
ability to bake basic cookies or similar items
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others

Job Duties

provide first class service to customers with every drink and baked good created
ensure customer experience is the top priority
create inspiring drinks using knowledge of coffee
bake cookies to complement beverages
engage warmly with customers to enhance their experience
collaborate within a cluster of stores for consistent quality and improvement
support the growth and reputation of all stores in the cluster
