Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a coffeehouse or café setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a cluster team environment

Job Duties
- Provide first class service to customers with every drink creation
- Bake cookies and other baked goods to complement beverage offerings
- Ensure the customer experience is the top priority
- Create inspiring and handcrafted coffee beverages
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of coffee and the café menu
- Support the cluster structure and collaborate with other stores
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the workspace
