Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a coffee shop or hospitality environment
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good manual dexterity
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- prior experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role
- passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing techniques
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively within a team
- strong customer service orientation
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks
- bake and display fresh cookies and pastries
- provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe
- collaborate with cluster colleagues to share best practices and support store initiatives
- manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
