Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality setting preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to work well in a team
- Basic math skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred
- Strong passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing methods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic food hygiene knowledge
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and baked goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe workspace
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members across the cluster to share best practices
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
