Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a customer service or barista role
ability to stand for extended periods
effective communication skills
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Qualifications

experience as a barista or in a similar coffee preparation role
knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
strong customer service and communication skills
ability to work well in a team environment
basic food hygiene and safety knowledge
enthusiasm for coffee and the cafe culture

Job Duties

prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
bake and present cookies and other cafe treats
provide excellent customer service ensuring a pleasurable customer experience
maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
collaborate with team members across the cluster to improve service
uphold cafe standards and health regulations
assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
