Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
- Bake and present a variety of cookies and other baked goods
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to support overall store and cluster success
- Educate customers on coffee and menu offerings
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
