Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Good manual dexterity
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic food handling knowledge
Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Previous barista experience preferred
Strong knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing techniques
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic baking skills
Knowledge of cafe operations
Passionate about coffee and delivering excellent service

Job Duties

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
Bake and present a variety of cookies and other baked goods
Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive customer experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe and equipment
Collaborate with team members to support overall store and cluster success
Educate customers on coffee and menu offerings
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
