Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a cafe or food service environment is preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to follow health and safety regulations
- Must have a friendly and positive demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a cooperative attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages
- Bake and present cookies and other small bakery items
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring a pleasant experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Support and collaborate with team members across the cluster
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to health and safety standards
