Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent verbal communication skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to work within a clustered store format
