Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar barista or customer service role
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Create and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
- Bake and prepare cookies and other complementary treats
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasurable experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café workspace
- Support and collaborate with cluster team members for shared success
- Assist in training and mentoring new baristas
- Manage inventory and supplies efficiently
