Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 6 months experience in a coffee shop or related environment
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good manual dexterity and coordination
- availability to work flexible hours
- basic understanding of food safety standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to a high standard
- bake cookies and pastries ensuring freshness and quality

- maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and cafe area
- support cluster initiatives by collaborating with other store teams
- recommend menu items to customers based on preferences
- manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
