Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a barista or customer service position
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Basic math and cash handling skills
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Experience working as a barista or in a similar customer service role
Strong knowledge of coffee and cafe culture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences
Basic baking skills preferred

Job Duties

Provide first class service to customers
Create inspiring handcrafted coffee drinks
Bake cookies and other treats

Support the cluster structure by collaborating with other stores
