Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong customer focus
- good manual dexterity
- flexible availability to work various shifts
- willingness to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role
- strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages
- bake and present cookies and other baked goods
- provide exceptional customer service ensuring each guest feels welcomed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the café workspace
- support cluster initiatives by collaborating with other store teams
- educate customers about the drinks menu and coffee origins
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
