Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Basic understanding of coffee brewing techniques
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Good physical stamina for standing and moving during shifts

Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role
Strong passion for coffee and customer service
Ability to craft a variety of coffee beverages

Job Duties
