- previous experience in a cafe or hospitality setting preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks

- ensure customer experience is the top priority

- bake and present cookies to complement beverages

- collaborate within the cluster structure for store improvement
- support team efforts for the betterment of all stores in the cluster
