Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in coffee preparation or customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Passion for coffee and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work well within a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role
- Knowledge of coffee drinks and brewing methods

Job Duties
- Provide first class service to customers
