Job Duties
- prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages
- bake and present cookies and other baked goods
- provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasurable experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- engage customers with product knowledge and friendly interaction
- support and collaborate with other stores in the cluster
- assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
